As an artist, I occasionally experience wrist pain, which may impact the speed of my work. However, I prioritize balancing my workload to ensure timely completion of commissions.
Additionally, I grapple with mental health challenges, and I recognize the importance of taking breaks for both mental and physical well-being. These breaks are essential and will be taken as necessary.
Failure to respect these needs will result in blacklisting from future commission opportunities. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.BASIC:
- Commissions are organized in batches for optimal quality and efficiency. 5 slots a month.
- Balancing multiple responsibilities, including animal care and volunteer work, may lead to variable turnaround times.
- Stay informed about commission progress via my Trello board, Twitter, and Kofi posts.
- Regular status updates will be provided to all clients every few weeks.
- Prompt client communication is essential for smooth collaboration.
- Clients assume all responsibility for providing accurate reference materials and instructions for commissions.
- I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or breaches of the terms, Refund may be voided depending on the situation.COMMUNICATION:

- Place commission orders through Kofi for organized transactions (Kofi account not required).
- Full payment upfront is standard, unless discussed otherwise.
- Payment plans are available for bundle deals exceeding $150.NORMAL COMMISSION PROCESS:
- Sketches typically within 1-2 months.
- Expect updates within 6 weeks post-sketch.
- Completion within 10 days after finalizing colors, except for extraordinary circumstances.BUNDLE COMMISSION PROCESS:
- Bundle commissions may take up to 8 months due to workload distribution.
- Refunds are not available for bundle commissions.
- Slots open every few months, with payment plans offered.NSFW:
- NSFW commissions start at $100 and require proof of age (18+).
- I refrain from depicting underage, incest, rape, etc., but am open to discussing other kinks.
- Same process applies as normal commissions.REFUNDS:
- Refunds are rarely granted, reserved for exceptional circumstances.
- Incomplete bundle orders with pending artworks due to my work style are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund consideration after 6 months of no progress.
- Allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing, considering financial obligationsRIGHTS OF USAGE:
- All commissioned artworks remain the intellectual property of mine unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Clients may not use commissioned artworks for commercial purposes without explicit permission.ALTERATIONS AND REPRODUCTION:
- Clients are prohibited from altering commissioned artworks without my consent.
- Reproduction or resale of commissioned artworks is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.MODIFICATION OF TERMS:
- I reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the most recent version of the terms.
